a. The rental period begins at the specified pickup time for car rentals or check-in time for vacation homes.

b. Late returns or check-outs may incur additional charges. Please refer to our pricing and fee schedule for details.

3. Payment:

a. Payment for rentals must be made in accordance with our pricing and payment policies.

b. Additional charges, such as fuel, mileage, cleaning fees, or damages, will be billed separately as per our fee schedule.

4. Cancellation and Refunds:

a. Cancellation policies vary depending on the type of rental and the duration. Please refer to the specific cancellation policy provided at the time of booking.

b. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with our refund policy.

5. Responsibility and Liability:

a. Renters are responsible for the safe and lawful operation of rented vehicles and for adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.

b. Renters are liable for any damages to the rental vehicle or vacation property during the rental period. Damage assessments will be conducted upon return or check-out, and repair or replacement costs will be charged to the renter.

c. Vacation property renters are responsible for adhering to all property rules, including any restrictions on occupancy, noise, and use of amenities.

6. Insurance:

a. We strongly recommend renters carry adequate insurance coverage for both car and vacation home rentals. This insurance may be provided by the renter's personal insurance policy or purchased as part of the rental agreement.

7. Age and License Requirements:

a. Renters must meet the minimum age and driver's license requirements stipulated by local laws and regulations to rent a car.

b. Vacation home renters must comply with age and identification requirements specified in the rental agreement.

8. Maintenance and Repairs:

a. We maintain our rental vehicles and properties to the highest standards. In the event of a breakdown or maintenance issue, please contact our 24/7 customer support for assistance.

b. We reserve the right to substitute a rental vehicle or vacation property with a similar or upgraded option if necessary.

9. Privacy and Data:

a. We collect and store personal information for the purpose of managing rentals. We respect your privacy and will handle your data in accordance with our privacy policy.

10. Governing Law:

a. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
